Facilities at the dam include:
Picnic areas in front of cabins; 5 picnic shelters; 9 electric BBQs; Toilet block; Children's playground with flying fox, rock climbing walls; 2 operating boat ramps; safe swimming beach; unofficial walking tracks exist to the top of the hill behind the cabins overlooking dam; games and equipment available for hire at the kiosk.

Each unit is self-contained with its own bathroom and kitchen facilities. Facilities in each include a fridge, stove, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Camping Area - Chifley Dam primitive camping area has been established on the northern side of the dam and is accessible from Chifley Dam Road.

With no subsidy this accommodation will cost $25 per person per night.

Newhaven Park is a country style homestead surrounded by 300 acres of grazing land, rolling hills and gardens offering a picturesque and tranquil setting. Newhaven Park features 4 acres of garden, a swimming pool, tennis court and views for miles.

The large homestead of over 100 squares has several sleeping areas, a large function room and a separate games room. Views across the sweeping gardens and large outdoor areas make this a very flexible venue. Newhaven Park House also has a commercial kitchen and bar area.

With no subsidy this accommodation is $40 bed and breakfast per person per night and $50 bed, breakfast and dinner per person per night.
